The process of buying a watch via Bezel is great! Easy to find what you are looking to buy and knowing that all watches are authenticated prior to purchase makes the process that much easier. The overnight FedEx service is appreciated. If you ever have any questions, I have found the guys at Bezel willing and able to take their time in answering all of my questions. The updates to the app that allow you to filter down the specific information of the watch you are looking for makes the process very efficient.

Great buying experience!

This is the third watch I bought using Bezel. Two of these watches were purchased without any assistance from the Concierge. The only reason I purchased the third watch was because of the Concierge. His assistance was indispensable.
I am so happy I found Bezel!

Three watches and counting.

Great customer service! It was white glove from before the purchase all the way through to after delivery.

Great customer service

I got a very fair price on a terrific watch that I’ve wanted to add to my collection for a long time. Bezel’s authentication service allows buyers to have peace of mind, and the Bezel reps I dealt with did a great job of communicating throughout the process.

Great communication, good price, terrific watch

The process was very straightforward, easy and fast. Exceeded expectations! I would recommend Bezel to anyone.

The process was very straightforward

Simple, straightforward, relevant, successful. Good source of relevant information when making an informed and educated comparison and purchase. Yes, I do use Chrono, 1916, Joma, and other first-tier sources when I consider my alternatives. It's a competitive landscape for products as well as platforms. Different consumers may prefer one model vs. another.

Simple, professional, relevant

The whole process was quick easy and kinda fun. From picking which watch i wanted from the plentiful choices, to the quick shipping, and the great customer service once the watch was analyzed. 10/10 i will use again, but first im gonna go enjoy my watch

The whole process was quick easy and…

The shopping experience was great. It was easy to pick watch and the process was easy as well. Concierge was great and reassuring about the watch. Every time I asked a question they were there to answer me.

Easiest Purchase!!!

Seamlessly integrated delivery of comfort and authentication for high end watches.

Seamlessly integrated delivery of…

Excellent

The purchasing process was smooth and the communication about the verification status and shipping was very clear. Not sure why or how, instead of a 2024 watch I agreed to buy I got a 2026. Same price. So I was happy about it. And they resized the bracelet for me upon requesting before shipping. Would recommend buying luxury watches from Bezel 100%.

Smooth process and great communication

Fast reliable service

Great experience from beginning to end (purchase to delivery). I purchased the watch, it went through Bezel’s inspection process and was shipped promptly. I had to leave town and ran into a scheduling conflict where I wasn’t going to be in-town on the delivery date, but Carlos was more than helpful in making sure I could arrange to pick up the package once I returned. Can’t thank this wonderful team enough for their professionalism and I’m looking forward to my next purchase with Bezel!

Great Experience

Great experience and great process.

I got a great watch at a great price. Communication was unexpected, and more than necessary, but highly appreciated. Already looking for my next one!

I got a great watch at a great price

Clear communication from the Bezel team and quick shipping made it a pleasure to buy from Bezel.

Clear communication from the Bezel team…

Easy, quick and transparent. Great purchase. Product was as advertised. Very easy.

Process

Really an incredible experience purchasing my first collectors watch from Bezel! Auction experience was great (had too many poor experiences in the past) and the everything from purchasing to receiving the watch was awesome. Daniel was super supportive and responsive on the Concierge and made my entire experience smooth and worry free. Total recommend Bezel - looking forward to purchasing the next edition to my collection! Bravo Bezel!!

Really an incredible experience…

Easy transaction. Watch arrived quickly as described. Very good experience

Easy transaction

Bezel offers a selection of exceptional watches for sale. I recently won a bid, and the watch arrived in pristine condition, as described. It was dispatched the following day.

Bezel offers a selection of exceptional…

The watch that eventually ended up on my wrist, I had been searching for a long time for. I think the people at Bezel knew that somehow. First I did not purchase it outright, I won it at auction. I had a question about the process and they answered it promptly. I had a question about the authentication process and they answered it promptly. All that tells me is that they are proud of their business and stand by the process that they go by to make sure all watches sold are the real thing. I would love to do business with them again, I would encourage anyone to purchase from this site. As for the watch I love it, I have been wearing it since it got delivered. All the photos match and the state of it was accurate. I also appreciate that they shipped it they required a signature, it helps because making a major purchase one has to be sure. Bezel wants to make their customers are receiving authentic and quality watches with great service, they did it for me.

Great service and experience

The transaction process is always easy and never fails to meet expectations. This is why I am a repeat user of Bezel's platform. I am also particularly pleased about Bezel's authentication process, which is at the core of my decision to use Bezel as my "go-to" for watch transactions.

The transaction process is always easy…

It was easy. Had watch authenticated inside the 24hr period. All is well.

It was easy

This is my third watch from Bezel, and the whole process has always been very easy. I'm sure I will buy more watches.

This is my third watch from Bezel

The concierge i worked with David was incredible to work with. He was there for all my questions, explained the process as it was going. Found the watch I was looking for and ensured it was sized correctly and shipped for when I was in town. He was all around the definition of customer service.

The concierge i worked with David was…

The entire process was smooth, fast and I received exactly what I wanted. If you are looking for value without sacrificing on the luxury, I’d highly recommend.

The entire process was smooth

Bezel was helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

Bezel was helpful from start to finish

Great experience from Bezel again I will continue to purchase watches knowing they are authentic and I’m getting a fair price

Great experience from Bezel again I…

I have bought several watches from Bezel over the past couple of years. Their process is straightforward and smooth. Excellent communications on the status of each purchase. I would highly recommend the site for others.

I have bought several watches from…

Great experience! The team communicated with me every step of the way. The watch arrived quickly and in great condition. They shipped it to my preferred location and everything was in order. The watch was authenticated and checked and I received a detailed report. Was a great experience! Would work with them again!

Great experience

Flawless delivery. Item in exact condition as advertised. Guarantee by Bezel reassuring. Can’t wait for the next win.

Flawless

This was my first large purchase for a watch and Carlos was very knowledgeable. He gave me his input on my purchase and advocated for me when the watch wasn’t exactly as described. I would recommend Bezel to anyone.

First Purchase

Excellent customer service and a quick transaction. Watch exactly as described. Great experience will definitely buy from them again

Excellent customer service and a quick…

The concierge service was very responsive, highly professional in conduct, and they answered my every question. Navigating the site and app was relatively painless. Also, the purchasing process was quite simple, very straightforward, and the package arrived exactly as I had hoped, and even better (again, the concierge answered all questions regarding delivery, and anything related thereto). Plus, I got a fantastic deal on what I believe to be a future classic (Tudor Ranger 39mm). Cheers!

The concierge service was very…responsive, courteous, and they answered every question. Very reassuring.

Seamless, quick and an all around excellent purchase experience.

Seamless

I will only ever buy used and certified watches through the Bezel service. They have a commitment to customer service far above and beyond what most such companies from which I have ever purchased luxury goods, and their service and guarantee of authenticity and tremendous marketplace selection is phenomenal. I don’t doom scroll on Instagram, I look at Bezel! Only!!!

The ONLY place but pieces for your collection

second watch purchase throug Bezel, authentication seems more robust than at other sites.

Very easy process

Amazing company, amazing people and most amazing watch!!! Absolutely will use them again. Thank-you Bezel/ Carlos and team, for everything! Can’t wait for my next purchase.

Amazing company

I recently bought a very expensive gold Cartier watch from Bezel..one that they no longer carry at Cartier the medium size gold Tank Francaise... this one was new and unused in the box with papers and warranty..I've only bought from Cartier before but buying on Bezel was an excellent experience one that I would recommend to anyone looking for a high end watch from a 3rd party that you can trust and who handles customer service with absolutely perfection. I must have asked 1000 questions and asked for so much information and they handled each one of those questions like pros and always responded to me immediately. The process was easy..paid for the watch it was shipped in a day arrived in perfect condition with a warranty which I was able to go online to Cartier and extend the warranty for 8 years. They even offer a great deal on insurance if you need to insure it..they make that easy too. They sized the watch there for me no charge and you do have 24 hours if you do want to return it, but the watch was perfect as described and Cartier also looked at it and was happy I had found the medium size that they no longer carried. The watch is beautiful and perfect and when I am ready to buy another high end watch it will be from them because I did find what I needed and a great price and everything checked out perfectly. The Concierge service is amazing and so helpful and patient and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase and love the watch..Was nervous but what I wanted was not available because the size had been discontinued just this year and I'm very happy with Bezel.

Absolutely would buy from again..thrilled with purchase!

Great experience start to finish!

Great communication about the purchase process and what is happening with the watch I bought. Quick and reliable.

Great communication about the purchase…

So simple to use. Fast shipping and great quality.

So simple to use

Love Bezel. Have purchased many watches and always a great experience.

Love Bezel

The whole experience was excellent to the end. My experience was actually over the course of two watches. The first was won in an auction and sent into bezel for authentication. Although it was a real Rolex, it did not meet their standard for a true “unworn” piece. I opted to cancel the purchase and search for another. They were very understanding and the refund process was seamless. The second watch I won in another auction was authenticated as described and shipped with no issue. I will be using bezel for future purchases!

Edit:

I attempted to get a 3rd watch which ended up having after market parts. Bezel called and informed me that it failed authentication and takes this very seriously, removing the seller from the platform.

Wonderful experience start to finish.

Communication was superb. Authentication process was beyond expectation. Remediation of issues identified during the process's was above and beyond.

Communication was superb

Nice app

The Bezel Agents who assisted me with using this app were the best. Extremely pleasant, helpful, and patient. I would like to give a big shout out to David Rubin who was very helpful. Thx again!

Bezel Agents was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Don’t get me wrong, this app is amazing for watches and watch lovers. However, the auctions are a lie. All but a small number of auctions have reserves. A lot of the auctions don’t go through because the seller sets their reserve price to market. So the only purchases that go through, are the only ones hitting market price or a higher than market, only benefits the seller.

Great app but auctions are a lie

Bought a Tudor Black Bay, overnight shipping to their facility, thorough authentication. They called to verify every component, noted the card wasn’t included and informed me it was a newer reference number. Gave me the option to cancel, no need to. Arrived on-time with Bezel documentation & COA. Amazing service & quick responses to questions. A+ experience.

Amazing service, thorough authentication, buy with confidence

First luxury watch purchase and it was incredibly fast, everything was accurately pictured and showed up exactly how I expected… actually better. 100% recommend using Bezel for your watch wants…. I’ll never see a jeweler again.

Best Experience I Could Have Imagined.

Best place to buy authentic watches, hands down. Responsive, authentication process is smooth, and saves a lot of anxiety about buying watches online. Amazing APP, & process.

2nd watch From Bezel

I had a lot of questions I sent several emails and then I actually got a call from Carlos who answered all of my questions and made this a much more relaxing purchase. These guys are great. Looking forward to my new watch.

Great

Quick response on chat thread. Helpful. Great photos. Competitive price. We will know more when watch arrives.

Very responsive chat.

Will only buy through Bezel as the in house team does a fantastic job of reviewing purchases. Saved me on a purchase when seller claimed one thing but movement was wrong. Also on a purchase, noted description was slightly wrong and gave me an opportunity to accept or decline. They certainly want you to be happy with the purchase!

Top notch!

They are looking after my interest all the time. Very professional company because they have a great staff.

Great company

I’ve both sold and bought watches on Bezel now and the process is as simple as it gets on both sides. The concierge team has been responsive and helpful each time I’ve had questions and it’s refreshing to actually get a real person if you call. This is my only stop for buying/selling a watch outside of an AD

Easy on either end

Genuinely perfect app and what sounds like outstanding services. I just wish there were any watches under 4 digits. Maybe the ability to petition for brands or upload info on your own. Would love to see Stirling, Resco Even Vintage military. I’d like to be able to manage and be proud of a collection not just because it costs as much as a home, but because it has history and meaning greater than monetary value.

Way out of my budget

An easy, no-stress way to buy a watch. 10/10 :-)

Great app

I liked the approximate expected sale price listed in the auction details. That feature was helpful to gauge a fair value

Estimate price

Purchase

Bought a watch on here that was advertised as unworn. David from Bezel got back to me to let me know that the watch was not as advertised. I was very impressed by the transparency of the whole process and responsiveness from David. I will definitely be purchasing again with Bezel. They have earned my trust.

Thorough and honest authentication

Ordered a Rolex through Bezel and the service was amazing. They authenticated my watch, updated me along the way and shipped it insured overnight once it was complete, with a certificate. Will be using again for sure. If you want a $150 discount they gave me a code - MAXVOLEK

Amazing App and Service

Bought my first watch off Bezel recently, a JLC reverso. Great process, everything was delivered authenticated and in great condition. Will keep doing business here versus the shady secondary market or even the certified pre owned where these companies are price gouging!!!!

Bought first watch

Watch purchase

I won an auction for a Breitling Avenger 43 from another platform(site), and decided to give bezel a try. I like the bezel site, either bid on a timepiece or search and find your favorite through their search engine. Long story short, my bezel associate was Blake R. He was fantastic, very responsive and even took the time to give insight on questions I had. The purchase process was very fast, organized and very thorough. I highly recommend BEZEL, the Omega planet ocean I purchased was presented w-clear, consise photos. No hidden fees, charges etc. I also asked for the watch to be delivered to a fedex store for pickup, didn’t want it sitting on my porch for a pirate to snag it. If your on the fence about buying or bidding from BEZEL, don’t sweat it,DO IT!!

Tried BEZEL, & they didn’t disappoint!!

At first, i was very skeptical on buying my watch from Bezel but i did further research and thought that I should give it the benefit of the doubt, and honestly it was the best experience and the best purchase i did to get one of dream watch. If you are looking to expand your watch collection or you’re looking to buy or sell a watch Bezel is by far the best app/website I have encountered.

Really reliable

Blown away by how good the user experience is. Best place to buy a watch online hands down

The best ecom experience ever

Chris is great to deal with. He is professional, respectful and will go the extra mile to help. Would recommend Chris and Bezel to anyone who appreciates working with people who actually care.

I was shopping for a special watch for my upcoming birthday. I found it through this site. Customer service was exceptional. They worked with me every step of the way. I can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing Customer Service

Hands down the #1 spot for looking at prices and learning about watch models. Their concierge service is amazing.

I bought my JLC reverso from bezel and it came in 2 days. Great price and service the whole way through

5/5 stars, highly recommend

The Best Place to Shop

Auction consignment was super easy, and I’m happy with how my watch did. Payout was within a day or two. Great experience and would def consign again!

Auction consignment process was great

I have had a liking for watches since the first time I laid eyes on my uncle’s Breitling. I am now looking to develop a collection of pieces I remember from my youth and that which were bought for me as gifts. I look forward to using Bazel to achieve this.

Newly kindled flame

But can we please have a night mode.

Thank you.

Love the app

I was having issues getting my offers to go though. Sorted it all out via the chat feature, which felt delightfully like talking to a human. So far, so great.

Well-organized selection and top-notch customer service

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first Rolex through the Bezel App, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process, thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by Chris.

From the moment I downloaded the Bezel App, I was impressed by its user-friendly interface, extensive Rolex collection, and detailed product information. However, what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service I received from Chris.

Chris went above and beyond to ensure that my first Rolex purchase went smoothly. He patiently walked me through the entire process, answering all my questions. Once I decided on the Rolex, Chris seamlessly guided me through the purchase process, making it hassle-free and secure. He ensured that I understood every step, from payment to delivery. I appreciated his dedication to transparency and his commitment to customer satisfaction.

I'm now the proud owner of a stunning Rolex, and I owe this unforgettable experience to Chris and the Bezel App. Thanks to their combined efforts, my first Rolex purchase was an absolute joy. I highly recommend the Bezel App to anyone looking to buy their dream watch, and if you're fortunate enough to work with Chris, you're in for an even more exceptional experience. I'm already looking forward to my next luxury watch purchase through Bezel, and Chris will undoubtedly be my go-to advisor. Thank you, Bezel App and Chris, for making this milestone purchase so memorable and enjoyable!

A Fantastic First Rolex Buying Experience with Bezel App and Chris!

Quick, straight forward, easy to interface, and secure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top quality watch.

I have been collecting watches for years. I have purchased from almost every type of source. Bezel is by far the most amazing marketplace that I have ever experienced. Chris was my concierge. Awesome.

Just wow!

I bought my first watch from Bezel and what a great experience. The watch was just as described and after authentication it was overnight shipped.! After purchase, they communicated every step and even updated me on warranty. Will be buying from them from now on.

First class service

These guys are awesome.

Spending money on a timepiece, you want a great experience without the wait on an AD.

These guys are awesome. Purchased two pieces from these guys, same quick process, beautiful watches just as described.

I wanna shout out Blake, for getting everything authenticated and sent quickly. Proud to be part of the #bezelwatchclub

Amazing experience, twice!

I have bought many watches over the last 30 years, from jewelers, brand boutiques, and online platforms. My experience with Chris and the team at Bezel stand above the others. From answering initial inquiries, to verification, and final delivery the attention to detail was unparalleled.

The best way to buy a watch.

I was able to purchase a watch through bezel and it was a very smooth process. I had Chris as my liaison and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Was very transparent about the entire process and put me at ease with every question I had. I have already recommended to other friends and will definitely be purchasing something again. Cheers!
