Overall, the app was very easy to use, and the bidding process was transparent.  Upon winning the bid, communication about next steps and the authentication process was timely.  My one suggestion would be for more the 24 hours to decide on keeping a watch--that timing could be problematic if traveling, and because the watch isn't sent immediately but has to go through authentication first, there is no guarantee on timing of arrival.

Amazing customer service!!!  I made an offer on a watch that expired without the seller rejecting or accepting.  Received an email from Quaid (the CEO), most likely automated but still, stating that he was working with the seller to meet at the price I offered.  Replied saying that I was interested and got a response back a few hours confirming it was accepted with the link to pay!  Shipping was fast considering it went to Bezel first for authentication.  Packaging was perfect and item was exactly as described.

What a great watch buying experience. I am very hesitant about buying luxury watches online but with Bezel’s in house authentication and shipping insurance it was a no brainer. I got one of my dream watches and every step of the process was explained and they kept me updated. Their customer service is also very responsive and accommodating with questions I had. The shipping was very fast and the watch came wrapped like it was the Holy Grail itself.  10 out of 10 experience would highly recommend Bezel and will definitely use them for my next watch purchase.

What made my experience great was that I felt I got a great price on a brand new watch that I have wanted for a long time.  Bezel's communication and follow up was immediate and helpful.  The turn around time was quicker than expected and my biggest issue with most companies is the way they package their products which caused damage during shipping.  Bezel packaging was outstanding.

The overnight FedEx service is appreciated. If you ever have any questions, I have found the guys at Bezel willing and able to take their time in answering all of my questions. The updates to the app that allow you to filter down the specific information of the watch you are looking for makes the process very efficient.

Don’t get me wrong, this app is amazing for watches and watch lovers. However, the auctions are a lie. All but a small number of auctions have reserves. A lot of the auctions don’t go through because the seller sets their reserve price to market. So the only purchases that go through, are the only ones hitting market price or a higher than market, only benefits the seller.

They called to verify every component, noted the card wasn’t included and informed me it was a newer reference number. Gave me the option to cancel, no need to. Will only buy through Bezel as the in house team does a fantastic job of reviewing purchases. Saved me on a purchase when seller claimed one thing but movement was wrong. Also on a purchase, noted description was slightly wrong and gave me an opportunity to accept or decline. They certainly want you to be happy with the purchase!

Easy on either end

Genuinely perfect app and what sounds like outstanding services. I just wish there were any watches under 4 digits. Maybe the ability to petition for brands or upload info on your own. Would love to see Stirling, Resco Even Vintage military. I’d like to be able to manage and be proud of a collection not just because it costs as much as a home, but because it has history and meaning greater than monetary value.

I won an auction for a Breitling Avenger 43 from another platform(site), and decided to give bezel a try. I like the bezel site, either bid on a timepiece or search and find your favorite through their search engine. Long story short, my bezel associate was Blake R. He was fantastic, very responsive and even took the time to give insight on questions I had. The purchase process was very fast, organized and very thorough. I highly recommend BEZEL, the Omega planet ocean I purchased was presented w-clear, consise photos. No hidden fees, charges etc.  I also asked for the watch to be delivered to a fedex store for pickup, didn’t want it sitting on my porch for a pirate to snag it. If your on the fence about buying or bidding from BEZEL, don’t sweat it,DO IT!!
