Zenith was founded in 1865 in Le Locle, Switzerland by Georges Favre-Jacot. This Swiss watchmaker is arguably best known for its iconic El Primero movement, introduced in 1969. Zenith was so respected for this movement that, from 1988 - 2000, Rolex leveraged a version of it in their Daytona models. The watch that eventually ended up on my wrist, I had been searching for a long time for. I think the people at Bezel knew that somehow. First I did not purchase it outright, I won it at auction. I had a question about the process and they answered it promptly. I had a question about the authentication process and they answered it promptly. All that tells me is that they are proud of their business and stand by the process that they go by to make sure all watches sold are the real thing. I would love to do business with them again, I would encourage anyone to purchase from this site. As for the watch I love it, I have been wearing it since it got delivered. All the photos match and the state of it was accurate. I also appreciate that they shipped it they required a signature, it helps because making a major purchase one has to be sure. Bezel wants to make their customers are receiving authentic and quality watches with great service, they did it for me.

I recently bought a very expensive gold Cartier watch from Bezel..one that they no longer carry at Cartier the medium size gold Tank Francaise... this one was new and unused in the box with papers and warranty..I've only bought from Cartier before but buying on Bezel was an excellent experience one that I would recommend to anyone looking for a high end watch from a 3rd party that you can trust and who handles customer service with absolutely perfection.  I must have asked 1000 questions and asked for so much information and they handled each one of those questions like pros and always responded to me immediately.  The process was easy..paid for the watch it was shipped in a day arrived in perfect condition with a warranty which I was able to go online to Cartier and extend the warranty for 8 years.  They even offer a great deal on insurance if  you need to insure it..they make that easy too.  They sized the watch there for me no charge and you do have 24 hours if you do want to return it,  but the watch was perfect as described and Cartier also looked at it and was happy I had found the medium size that they no longer carried.  The watch is beautiful and perfect and when I am ready to buy another high end watch it will be from them because I did find what I needed and a great price and everything checked out perfectly.  The Concierge service is amazing and so helpful and patient and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase and love the watch..Was nervous but what I wanted was not available because the size had been discontinued just this year and I'm very happy with Bezel.

The whole experience was excellent to the end. My experience was actually over the course of two watches. The first was won in an auction and sent into bezel for authentication. Although it was a real Rolex, it did not meet their standard for a true “unworn” piece. I opted to cancel the purchase and search for another.  They were very understanding and the refund process was seamless. The second watch I won in another auction was authenticated as described and shipped with no issue. I will be using bezel for future purchases!

I attempted to get a 3rd watch which ended up having after market parts. Bezel called and informed me that it failed authentication and takes this very seriously, removing the seller from the platform.

Bezel takes the counterfeit worry aspect out of the process of shopping for a luxury watch. With their extensive listings, their site makes finding the watch of your dreams very simple. Once you make a purchase, they keep you informed throughout the process so you know where your watch is. The only hitch in my first purchase was a less than prompt seller getting the watch shipped to Bezel for evaluation. Other than that, it was a very painless process and I would not hesitate to use Bezel for future purchases.

it was my first time buying a pre owned luxury watch online, they are responsive usually answer within a day. will communicate if something is not correct with listing and or after authentication.  Also used Wire transfer to save extra CC fees.  definitely recommend this site for pre owned.  after authentication shipping takes 2-3days.

Obviously was hesitant buying an expensive watch on line… but took the leap on a Tudor Pelagos FXD. Overall very happy with the process .. the guys at bezel were personable and helped every step of the way.. even when there was hiccup on the sellers part they corrected it . I don’t know 100% that I would use it for all my watch purchases but to save some money on a great watch I’ll always check it out ! There is something nice about getting a watch from an AD… but compared to a non AD Bezel is going to be my go too. Very happy overall. Time frame was quick and the small fees they charge I feel are worth it for the confidence it gives

Don’t get me wrong, this app is amazing for watches and watch lovers. However, the auctions are a lie. All but a small number of auctions have reserves. A lot of the auctions don’t go through because the seller sets their reserve price to market. So the only purchases that go through, are the only ones hitting market price or a higher than market, only benefits the seller.

Genuinely perfect app and what sounds like outstanding services. I just wish there were any watches under 4 digits. Maybe the ability to petition for brands or upload info on your own. Would love to see Stirling, Resco Even Vintage military. I’d like to be able to manage and be proud of a collection not just because it costs as much as a home, but because it has history and meaning greater than monetary value.

I won an auction for a Breitling Avenger 43 from another platform(site), and decided to give bezel a try. I like the bezel site, either bid on a timepiece or search and find your favorite through their search engine. Long story short, my bezel associate was Blake R. He was fantastic, very responsive and even took the time to give insight on questions I had. The purchase process was very fast, organized and very thorough. I highly recommend BEZEL, the Omega planet ocean I purchased was presented w-clear, consise photos. No hidden fees, charges etc.  I also asked for the watch to be delivered to a fedex store for pickup, didn’t want it sitting on my porch for a pirate to snag it. If your on the fence about buying or bidding from BEZEL, don’t sweat it,DO IT!!
