Zenith was founded in 1865 in Le Locle, Switzerland by Georges Favre-Jacot. This Swiss watchmaker is arguably best known for its iconic El Primero movement, introduced in 1969. Zenith was so respected for this movement that, from 1988 - 2000, Rolex leveraged a version of it in their Daytona models. I found the bid process very clear. I was kind of surprised to get this watch so below value, but I was happy with it and when the watch came, it was as described and also set up perfectly which I really appreciated because I don’t know if I would’ve figured it out honestly. The concierge team was immensely helpful in my buying experience. The answered any questions I had within an hour and let me know immediately when my watch shipped out. I was a bit hesitant spending 5k on a new online platform but with their authenticity guarantee I felt safe doing so. After getting overnighted to my house, the package arrived in perfect condition and my blue seamaster wrapped in protective film. If you’re in the market for a luxury watch without having to deal with dealers, or want a better deal than what the AD/ boutique is offering, Bezel is the way to go!

Spoke with a member of the team for around a few weeks before I made a purchase, they were happy to go over pretty much anything I had a question about. After finding the watch I wanted and negotiating an offer with the seller, I was able to purchase it and quickly transfer money smoothly without issue. The team even called me once it was delivered to let me know of a potential issue that they had found, but I ended up being ok with it as it was known for the caliber. Delivery was quick, only taking 1 business day. Packaging was wonderful as well, and included adequate protection as well as a folder with the receipt, authentication and diagnostic report, and authenticity guarantee card. My experience was phenomenal and I cannot recommend the service enough!

I won an auction for a Breitling Avenger 43 from another platform(site), and decided to give bezel a try. I like the bezel site, either bid on a timepiece or search and find your favorite through their search engine. Long story short, my bezel associate was Blake R. He was fantastic, very responsive and even took the time to give insight on questions I had. The purchase process was very fast, organized and very thorough. I highly recommend BEZEL, the Omega planet ocean I purchased was presented w-clear, consise photos. No hidden fees, charges etc.  I also asked for the watch to be delivered to a fedex store for pickup, didn’t want it sitting on my porch for a pirate to snag it. If your on the fence about buying or bidding from BEZEL, don’t sweat it,DO IT!!

I just purchased an “almost new” Rolex Yachtmaster from Bezel.  I was a little worried about a relatively big purchase being done online - however their professionalism throughout and assurances as well as the  ability to use credit cards (no fee!) was enough for me to try.  I am 1000% happy with the watch, and the entire process was exactly what you would hope for with a professional watch purchase.  The app is also terrific and their follow up is A+. I had the opportunity to purchase and acquire my first watch from Bezel last week. A Vacheron, 7900V Overseas, Dual Time, which was advertised as being produced in the year 2021, unworn, complete with box, papers, and two additional straps. I was skeptical because I was unaware of the Bezel organization.

I researched Bezel and then made contact with Chris; he is the Concierge for Bezel, and apparently often the first contact one will have if there are written or verbal inquiries. He was outstanding. Extremely professional, and very patient in answering all of my questions which took several calls. He outlined the acquisition, authentication, and delivery process. Bezel is very interesting, because after they acquire the watch from the seller, they authenticate it’s veracity in-house. This involves more than just authenticating the actual watch; there are other databases, which they also utilize to make sure the watch has not been stolen etc.
 
I was able to follow the acquisition, authentication process, and delivery through the app. The entire process was really first rate, and truly exceptional! I received the watch completely as advertised. There was a nice hand written letter from Chris; the watch was even set to the correct time, in my time zone, to include the date.  I would highly recommend Bezel  for your next watch purchase and I look forward to doing future business with them.

I have been interested in watches for a very long time and like many others, I started my journey buying pieces in the lower price range. I knew I wanted to step up a bit into a more luxury-type brand but found myself very overwhelmed with the whole process.
