Zenith was founded in 1865 in Le Locle, Switzerland by Georges Favre-Jacot. This Swiss watchmaker is arguably best known for its iconic El Primero movement, introduced in 1969. Zenith was so respected for this movement that, from 1988 - 2000, Rolex leveraged a version of it in their Daytona models. To be honest I was hesitant to use Bezel for a high price watch since they are relatively new to the game.  I did my due diligence to check their reviews which were all excellent.   After finding the watch I couldn't live without, and asking plenty of questions through the concierge which was great.  I made a offer, we went back and forth on price and I excepted.  The watch was sent go Bezel, it was certified and tested all in one day.  I had it the next.  It all went smooth, and easy.  The watch was as described and met my expectations.   Bezel come through and is the real deal.  They had great communication,  and checked on me after the purchase.  I will be using them again for my next purchase.

What an incredible and pain-free experience! These folks are the real deal. I truly appreciate their transparency and the ease of making my selection and purchase. This is the second watch I have purchased from Bezel, and I will be back. They have truly thought of everything. After making my purchase (but prior to receiving my watch), I thought to myself I really wish I had a copy of the invoice and a copy of the authentication form for insurance purposes. Lo and behold, my watch arrived and both documents are in the package in a nice folder. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Had a great experience with Bezel. The app was easy to use and I found just the watch I was looking for. After purchasing it, I contacted them to let them know that it was a Valentine’s Day gift and asked them to try to get it to me in time. They were very accommodating and the watch arrived just in time.  The watch itself is absolutely perfect. I’m no expert, but if it was worn, I can’t tell. It looks brand new to me. I won an auction for a Breitling Avenger 43 from another platform(site), and decided to give bezel a try. I like the bezel site, either bid on a timepiece or search and find your favorite through their search engine. Long story short, my bezel associate was Blake R. He was fantastic, very responsive and even took the time to give insight on questions I had. The purchase process was very fast, organized and very thorough. I highly recommend BEZEL, the Omega planet ocean I purchased was presented w-clear, consise photos. No hidden fees, charges etc.  I also asked for the watch to be delivered to a fedex store for pickup, didn’t want it sitting on my porch for a pirate to snag it. If your on the fence about buying or bidding from BEZEL, don’t sweat it,DO IT!!

I just purchased an “almost new” Rolex Yachtmaster from Bezel.  I was a little worried about a relatively big purchase being done online - however their professionalism throughout and assurances as well as the  ability to use credit cards (no fee!) was enough for me to try. I had the opportunity to purchase and acquire my first watch from Bezel last week. A Vacheron, 7900V Overseas, Dual Time, which was advertised as being produced in the year 2021, unworn, complete with box, papers, and two additional straps. I was skeptical because I was unaware of the Bezel organization.

I researched Bezel and then made contact with Chris; he is the Concierge for Bezel, and apparently often the first contact one will have if there are written or verbal inquiries. He was outstanding. Extremely professional, and very patient in answering all of my questions which took several calls. He outlined the acquisition, authentication, and delivery process. Bezel is very interesting, because after they acquire the watch from the seller, they authenticate it’s veracity in-house. This involves more than just authenticating the actual watch; there are other databases, which they also utilize to make sure the watch has not been stolen etc.
 
I was able to follow the acquisition, authentication process, and delivery through the app. The entire process was really first rate, and truly exceptional! I received the watch completely as advertised. There was a nice hand written letter from Chris; the watch was even set to the correct time, in my time zone, to include the date.  I would highly recommend Bezel  for your next watch purchase and I look forward to doing future business with them.

I have been interested in watches for a very long time and like many others, I started my journey buying pieces in the lower price range. I knew I wanted to step up a bit into a more luxury-type brand but found myself very overwhelmed with the whole process.
