Zenith was founded in 1865 in Le Locle, Switzerland by Georges Favre-Jacot. This Swiss watchmaker is arguably best known for its iconic El Primero movement, introduced in 1969. Zenith was so respected for this movement that, from 1988 - 2000, Rolex leveraged a version of it in their Daytona models. Zenith is currently owned by the luxury conglomerate, LVMH, headed by Bernard Arnaut.

Spoke with a member of the team for around a few weeks before I made a purchase, they were happy to go over pretty much anything I had a question about. After finding the watch I wanted and negotiating an offer with the seller, I was able to purchase it and quickly transfer money smoothly without issue. The team even called me once it was delivered to let me know of a potential issue that they had found, but I ended up being ok with it as it was known for the caliber. Delivery was quick, only taking 1 business day. Packaging was wonderful as well, and included adequate protection as well as a folder with the receipt, authentication and diagnostic report, and authenticity guarantee card. My experience was phenomenal and I cannot recommend the service enough!

I won an auction for a Breitling Avenger 43 from another platform(site), and decided to give bezel a try. I like the bezel site, either bid on a timepiece or search and find your favorite through their search engine. Long story short, my bezel associate was Blake R. He was fantastic, very responsive and even took the time to give insight on questions I had. The purchase process was very fast, organized and very thorough. I highly recommend BEZEL, the Omega planet ocean I purchased was presented w-clear, consise photos. No hidden fees, charges etc.  I also asked for the watch to be delivered to a fedex store for pickup, didn’t want it sitting on my porch for a pirate to snag it. I just purchased an “almost new” Rolex Yachtmaster from Bezel.  I was a little worried about a relatively big purchase being done online - however their professionalism throughout and assurances as well as the  ability to use credit cards (no fee!) was enough for me to try. I had the opportunity to purchase and acquire my first watch from Bezel last week. A Vacheron, 7900V Overseas, Dual Time, which was advertised as being produced in the year 2021, unworn, complete with box, papers, and two additional straps. I was skeptical because I was unaware of the Bezel organization.

I researched Bezel and then made contact with Chris; he is the Concierge for Bezel, and apparently often the first contact one will have if there are written or verbal inquiries. He was outstanding. Extremely professional, and very patient in answering all of my questions which took several calls. He outlined the acquisition, authentication, and delivery process. Bezel is very interesting, because after they acquire the watch from the seller, they authenticate it’s veracity in-house. This involves more than just authenticating the actual watch; there are other databases, which they also utilize to make sure the watch has not been stolen etc.
 
I was able to follow the acquisition, authentication process, and delivery through the app. The entire process was really first rate, and truly exceptional! I received the watch completely as advertised. There was a nice hand written letter from Chris; the watch was even set to the correct time, in my time zone, to include the date.  I would highly recommend Bezel  for your next watch purchase and I look forward to doing future business with them.

I have been interested in watches for a very long time and like many others, I started my journey buying pieces in the lower price range. I knew I wanted to step up a bit into a more luxury-type brand but found myself very overwhelmed with the whole process.

The Bezel team communicates very well and they stand by their watches as noted.  I had a very minor issue with the seller and they corrected it prior to me knowing via their authentication process.  I would buy another watch and plan to do so.  Once the watch is authenticated they ship overnight
